DIY: Caramel Hot Chocolate

I mentioned in my movie night post that I created a caramel hot chocolate recipe and asked if anyone wanted to see a post on it and loads of people said yes! So here is a recipe for a delicious hot chocolate!
You Will Need:
Milk (or water if you want a lower fat option or prefer hot chocolate made with water)
Hot Chocolate Power/Mix (any kind)
Caramel Sauce (From experience, the squeeze-y kind in a bottle is better that the stuff that's in a jar. Its a lot easier but this is all I had)
 1. Melt the caramel sauce (amount is up to you) in the microwave. This will make it a lot easier to stir in to your hot chocolate.
 2. Make your hot chocolate the way you normally would or according to the packet. Personally, I heat the milk up in the microwave and then stir in the hot chocolate power.
3. Stir in the caramel sauce and then place back in the microwave. This will help the caramel sauce melt into the hot chocolate a bit better
Then your done! If you have cream and marshmallows, add them too ^_^
If you don't have a microwave, just do it in a saucepan over the stove, it works just as well. If you have any other sauces, you could try them too using the same method.
Its a very simple recipe but it tastes so so good so if you are hot chocolate drinker like me, maybe give it a go. Let me know if you do :)
Hope you all had a great week
Lots of love, Helena xo
P.s just to be sure, the bowl is stained not dirty, I washed it before hand so don't worry, I don't eat out of dirty bowls :D
