Miss Moustache

|| Top - New Look, Shorts - New Look, Tights - Primark, Cardigan - Topshop ||

Apologies for the awful quality, appalling light and date in the corner. Downsides of have the century's worst camera.
I picked up this top a few weeks ago because I thought it was so cute. I think its a take on the 'Geek' T-shirts, which i like, but everyone has one and personally I like things that are a bit more unique. Cardigan was a Christmas present which i is super cosy and warm and goes with pretty much anything and I think those kind of things are good to have in your wardrobe. Hope you've all had a good week. I'm a bit sad the snows over - my giant snowman melted :(. Ah well, pancake day to look forward to!

Hope you liked this post/outfit. Let me know if you like outfit posts, so I can do a few more!
Lots of Love

A Little Chat (+ Guest Posts)

I made a snowman taller than myself. Oh yes.

I thought it was about time we all had a little catch up with each other.

I hope you have all had a great start to the new year.It is now nearing the end of January and I have been trying to keep my resolutions and It has been going OK-ish. I think this year is about a bit of a new start and although 2012 was very good, I hope this new year will be even better. ^_^
I am also thinking about starting to do some outfit posts. I love fashion and getting style tips off bloggers so I thought maybe I could share some of my clothing loves too. I don't have a specific style or trend I follow - I love a bit of everything - therefore I hope there will be something that everyone will like. So you will be seeing some of those in the future. I wrote a lot for something that could be said in one sentence. Oh well.
I know I have me mentioned this in so many posts but I am, again, considering changing the name of this blog. When I think of something good enough, I plan to put this plan into action. But I won't be changing my URL. I'll be honest - I can't be bothered with all the faff.
I am also considering doing some guest posts. Not necessarily a whole week but maybe just 2 or 3 spread out over 1 or 2 weeks. If you are interested (it can be about whatever you want - beauty, fashion, books, movies, tag ......) please email me or leave a comment. You must be a follower of my blog but other than that, anyone can do it if they want and it can be on whatever you want. Happy posting!
I'm going to see Les Mis tomorrow and I can't wait. I'm sure its going to be amazing! Super excited ~squee~

That's it for now. More posts coming soon

Winter Beauty Wishlist

It snowed (Well were I live anyway)! O.M.G! It's amazing - it snoweddd! ~squeee~. Sorry, amazingness-of-snow rant over;  I will get onto the actual post now ........

I have been rather beauty obsessed recently and therefore have been wanting a unreasonable amount of products, so naturally I thought I'd share them with you ^_^.

Left to Right, Top to Bottom: Korres Lip Butter in Quince, Maybelline One By One Mascara, Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Conceler, MAC Lipstick, Essie Bahama Mama, Revlon Kissable Balm Stain in Lovesick/Honey, MUA Probase Concealer Trio, NYC Smooth Skin Bronzer, Benefit Bella Bamba Blusher, Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream, MUA Probase Fixing mist, MUA Lipstick in Shade 16 (Nectar)

Unreasonable?? I think so. I am in need of a new concealer as my skin is being particularly dry at the moment and my current favourite, No7 Concealer (which I still love), is just drying it out more and not looking too good. So I have picked two I wish to try out. I have heard rave reviews about Essie and Bahama Mama is my favourite colour so I want it. As you will probably have noticed, lots of these products are lip products. This is because I have been rather lacking in the lip department and I wish to rectify this. I have been wanting a MAC Lipstick for frikkin' ages and Cat's review has virtually pushed me over the edge. Also, my favourite brand, MUA, have come out with a new Probase range which I really want to try because the products sound right up my street as they are design to stay on ALL day, something I have a problem with. I Don't really have a explanation for the Korres Lip butter - just need it.

I know I can't have them all so are there any that you would recommend?

I hope you have fun in the snow!
Lots of snowballs

Style Crush ♥ Lauren Conrad

I mentioned in my last post that I love Lauren Conrad's style so I thought I'd do a little post on some of my favourite looks of hers.

My favourite look has to be the top picture. I would never think to put it together but It just goes so well and the belt just brings the whole outfit together. I love Lauren's style because its often so simple but so beautiful and she always looks so glamorous both on and of the red carpet. <3

Hope you had a good week

10 Little Secrets Tag

I've seen this tag on You Tube quite a while ago and I love watching them so I thought I would do it. I haven't done a tag in a while either or a beauty post.

1. What is one product that makes you feel like a million dollars?
Concealer. If i could only have one make up item it would be this. My current favourite is the No7 one but I would love to try Collection 2000's Lasting Perfection.

2. What is your skincare secret? / A passed down skin care tip
I don't really have any because I switch up my skincare quite often but one product I always use is my Australian Body Care Tea Tree Oil Spot Treatment. It's really good.  And never forget to take any make-up of

3. Share your hair care secret?
Pantene Clarifying Shampoo. What ever hair type you have, using this around once a week just removes any oil/product build up and makes your hair super clean, smooth and shiny.

4. What is your biggest diet rule?
 I don't really have one.

5. Any workout tips?
Don't make exercise a chore; have fun and do sports/fitness you like.

6. Which perfume is your secret weapon?
Taylor Swift Wonderstruck.  Does it smell good? Hell yeah.

7. Show us a clothing item of yours which always turns heads.

Probably my H&M Orange-red jumper. It's quite bright and wintry but people don't tend to wear bright colours in winter. I wouldn't say it turns head but It makes me stand out a bit more. I really like it.

8. What is your most treasured piece of jewellery?
I'm not really a jewellery person but probably this bracelet with silver holographic beads. It wasn't very expensive but I holds lots of memories.

9. Who is your style crush?
Taylor Swift or Lauren Conrad. More so Taylor Swift. 2 of my favourite outfits of theirs >

10. Tell us something we don't know about you.
I am a only child - which is a good thing most of the time.

I tag everyone reading this to do this tag. If you do it, leave a link so I take a look.

Also, a huge THANK YOU to all of my followers as I have now reached 30 Followers. I never imagined I would get this many so I am very grateful for all them.

Thanks for reading.

Hello 2013

Happy New Year! This is my first post of the new year of 2013. 2012 is over and now we are into a new year. 2012 has been a amazing year but I hope 2013 will be even better.

12 amazing things that happened in my life in 2012
  • I became a year older
  • It was the Olympics in London and Jubileeeeeeeee!! (and the world cup but now one really cares about that XD)
  • I went on holiday to Cornwall for about the 5th year in a row and yet still enjoyed it equally as much. Plus, I had a TV in my room for 2 whole weeks!
  • Became totally obsessed obsessed with You Tube
  • Saw lots of EPIC films - Hunger Games, Skyfall, Spiderman, Hobbit - and read loads of EPIC books - Hunger Games, Divergent, Harry Potter?
  • My friends made me laugh every day, most days until I felt sick.
  • The world didn't end.
  • I had adventures.  I went to France on a school trip and it was THE BEST school trip I ever went on; and I went on Europe's longest zip wire.
  • School was not actually that bad.
  • I went to many amazing sleepovers/parties with my equally amazing friends, stayed up very, very late  and ate rather to much.
  • Christmas this year. T'was lots of fun.
  • I made this blog.

Not many bad things about 2012 (apart from the Amy Pond dying, Merlin ending, having exams, a awful lot of rain and still not having seen Avengers despite it coming out in flippin' march) and I think I has been a great year

13 amazing things I am looking forward to happening in 2013
  • Getting a year older
  • Have just as much fun with my fantastic friends as last year
  • Going to see more EPIC films - Hunger Games Catching Fire, Hobbit Part 2 - and reading more EPIC Books - The Fault in Our Stars, Matched Series,
  • My Mums Birthday - she has told me that she wants to go somewhere in Europe as a treat so I am quite excited, mainly for the shopping.

  • Reading all your lovely blogs.
  • Continuing to post on my own little blog.

I have noticed in the New Year that the whole blogosphere is making resolutions. I have a few but not to many as I hope to keep them.

1. To be and think more positive about things.
2. To take every opportunity and step out of my comfort zone a bit more.
3. I don't think I am going to set a followers goal because any followers at all mean the world to me and I don't ask for anything more than for someone in the world too enjoy my blog. But my resolution is to post what people want to read.
4. To read everything on my reading wish list - Click here to see it

Also, with It being a new year I am considering a new name for my blog: a name that maybe reflects me and my personality more. What do you think? Do you like this one or does it need a change?

I wish you all the very best in 2013 and I hope to post a great deal more. Thankyou to everyone who has read, follower or supported my blog in 2012. I love you all
